In our work together, I will use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a highly effective, evidence-based approach for treating OCD. We will gradually and safely expose you to situations that trigger your obsessions while helping you resist the urge to engage in compulsive behaviors. This process allows you to build tolerance for discomfort, reduce anxiety over time, and regain a sense of control. I will guide and support you every step of the way, ensuring that we move at a pace that feels manageable while challenging the patterns that keep you stuck. Through ERP, you’ll learn new ways to respond to intrusive thoughts, helping you break free from the cycle of OCD and live with greater confidence and freedom.
