Rebecca Mores, LICSW
Therapist and Founder
Rebecca is a licensed psychotherapist and the founder of Tides Counseling and Wellness. Her therapeutic work focuses on assisting people toward creating healthy and intimate relationship with themselves and others in their life. She has a strong passion for helping individuals feel more empowered and confident.
Her clinical experience includes working at McLean Hospital, the Veterans Administration Hospital, Emergency Psychiatric Services with significant experience working with geriatric clients and their families. Her focus is women and career oriented adults who struggle with anxiety and self-limiting beliefs.

In her practice, Rebecca maintains an integrative approach, using a blend of different psychotherapy approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, relational therapy and strength based techniques. Treatment is always tailored to each individual person and their goals.

Therapy sessions are generally 45 min long. The initial intake session will be longer. ​
